Directions: From the North: Interstate 81 South to Exit 202, Tompkinsville; West 8 miles on Route 107; Left on Routes 6 & 11 to Keystone.

From the South & West: Via Interstate 81: North to Exit 194, Clarks Summit; North 8 miles on Route 6 & 11 to Keystone.

From the East: Interstate 84 to Interstate 380 to Interstate 81 North; North to Exit 194, Clarks Summit; North 8 miles on Routes 6 & 11.

Fundraiser for
Foundation:
Foundation Fundraiser of a Gift Raffle will be held to benefit State Foundation. Raffle tickets will be sold for $2.00 each of 3 for $5.00. State Foundation provides scholarships to both men and women who need financial assistance to continue their education.
Menu: Upon arrival, coffee, hot tea, mini muffins and mini danish.

Breakfast consisting of: Mushroom Cheese Strata, blueberry pancakes with warm maple syrup, bacon, breakfast potatoes, assorted juices and fruit salad.

Cost: Breakfast $14.50 plus registration fee of $4.00 per person for a total of $18.50. (Cost after September 25, 2009 - $20.00)
Reports: District Officers & Committee Chairs will present a two minute oral report summarizing their goals for the 2009 - 2010 year. Please submit two (2) copies of the report to the District Recording Secretary following the presentation.

Local Organization Presidents will present a written report summarizing their goals for the 2009 - 2010 year. This report is to be typed, single space, on one page and e-mailed if possible to Antoinette F. Makar, District Director, afm923@hotmail.com or mailed to 7 Circle Drive, Peckville, PA 18452 by September 25, 2009 for inclusion in the Fall Conference agenda.
