Each local club determines its own criteria for
the Woman of the Year. Montrose awards this honor to a woman with
outstanding dedication to her career, outstanding efforts on
behalf of Business and Professional Women, assistance to other
women in their career advancement, guidance to youth and young
career women, and community.
